We process a wide variety of materials, including rubber, foam, plastics, adhesive tapes, filters, paper, film, screen, insulation, wood, laminates, and hook-and-loop fasteners.

Foam

We manufacture using foam substrates that range across multiple thicknesses, densities, and cell types, including open-cell and closed-cell foams.

Rubber

We fabricate parts using rubber sheets in a wide range of hardness’s, from soft to hard, and from flexible to rigid, in a wide range of durometers.

Plastics & Films

We process a wide range of plastic substrates, in thicknesses including thin films, from flexible to rigid, hard and soft, from formable to structural, in natural, clear, and a variety of colors.

Adhesive Tapes

We process a large variety of engineered and non-engineered adhesives, including double-sided, single-sided, carrier and non-carrier, foam-backed, pressure sensitive, permanent and removable, for a wide range of uses and surfaces.

Filter Materials

Our filters include wool, felt, screen, and mesh in a wide range of densities, useful for particle and liquid filtration, among other applications.

Paper

We manufacture using paper in numerous stocks, with and without flame retardant properties, for use as spacers, shims, insulators and isolators, protective covers and skim sheets.

Hook & Loop Fasteners

We fabricate any pattern of hook and loop fastener, commonly known as “Velcro”, using both adhesive-backed and non-adhesive-backed material.

Insulation

We can c&c cuts and routes of various sizes of insulation and various laminates.

Wood and Laminates

We can manufacture custom signs of wood or other laminate material.
