Capabilities and Services

Our capabilities include die cutting, CNC routing, oscillating knife cutting, fabrication, assembly, extrusion, slitting, and lamination services. We use several presses to offer flatbed die cutting, belt-fed die cutting, roller press die cutting, and kiss cutting, and can also offer water jet and laser cutting.

Die Cutting with Custom Tooling

All presses are capable of processing individual pieces, sheets, and rolls of material, nest and family cutting parts, and kiss cutting material.

Flatbed Die Cutting – Cut parts up to 54” x 24”
Belt-Fed Die Cutting – Cut parts up to 32” wide
Roller Press Die Cutting – Cut parts up to 28” wide

Fabrication

We fabricate parts by way of laminating adhesive substrates, chemically bonding parts, slitting, and routing.

Lamination – Manufacture composite materials to suit your needs from our diverse collection of materials
Bonding - Adhere materials and parts with a strong chemical bond

Slitting - Precisely shear material to the size you need
Routing - Produce complex parts without requiring custom tooling

Production Services

We offer full and partial assembly of both prefabricated and custom fabricated parts, as well as product and part kits. We also package and label products for consumer distribution.

Commercial Packaging – Package items for industrial or production use

Extrusion

Manufacture rubber or plastic parts of any length and width that have a fixed cross-sectional profile.
